Our menu is based on the use of fresh seasonal ingredients from our farm and on the availability of the highest quality meats and fresh fish. We are proud to promote farms like ours that produce high quality meats by raising their livestock humanely, replacing growth hormones and antibiotics with healthy diets, free access to pasture and respect for their comfort and well being.
