Chris Lego
Chris graduated from Paul Smith’s College with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He then attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where he achieved a degree in Culinary Arts. Before coming to Elderberry Pond in 2004, he worked for other Restaurants locally, building a strong foundation for his expertise in the field.
Chris enjoys working with fresh produce from the Farm and purchasing meats locally. The menus are changed seasonally to utilize the in-season assortment of herbs, vegetables and food that are grown at the Farm and from our local partners.
